Based on my own experience and conversations with quite a few people involved in the business coaching industry I’ve realised something that I believe business owners should be aware of.

Not all coaches should be coaches.

Think about it, if you have never owned a business, if you have never had to make a payroll, if you have never had to manage the stress and risk of business ownership can you really understand what a business owner goes through everyday.
